Being a Techno-Commercial Export Advisor, he is running a consulting firm “Inspiration” and is director at “ANRK” – a leading CA LLP firm and Director at “ Arthasarthi Capital Private Limited” at Pune. Currently, Inspiration is rendering services to 552 clients.
Vaibhav is Income tax approved valuer empaneled on five leading Indian banks and one international Euro Exim Bank and is an Insurance Surveyor & Loss Assessor. He is author of Six best selling books on export-import subjects and written five books on valuation on IMPORT-EXPORT and is visiting professor in five well known MBA schools & three Chambers of Commerce for last 18 years.

He has over 28 years of experience in operations and project management in the reputed project organizations like General Electric, Thermax, Praj Industries, Ion Exchange, etc.
Mr. Dambe was mainly involved in water and waste water applications for various sectors like Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Food and Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Steel, Paper, Textile, Automobile and Ethanol industries.
He has domain knowledge of manufacturing process in steel, paper, textile, automotive, petrochemicals and refinery industries in addition to industrial water treatment. During his last job, he was managing businesses with P&L responsibility. He has expertise in managing entire project execution with effective man management and key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
He is resourceful at maintaining good relationships with clients, consultants to achieve quality product and service norms. He is a keen planner & strategist managing a wide gamut of functions; leading in acceleration of business revenue and ensuring employees satisfaction on job. Since last five years he has gained expertise in stock market and commercials.
Mr.Dambe l was acknowledged for his contribution and network in the field of water industry in India.
Mr. Dambe holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering and has a MBA in Project Management & Labour Law
